A selection of published and unpublished fashion imagery by Jane How & Richard Bush, Hussein Chalayan, Nick Knight, Terry Richardson, David Sims, Raf Simons and Tim Walker that was commissioned and executed before the September 11 attacks. Two of these shoots were ‘killed’ from publication on the grounds that they were inappropriate in the contemporary world climate.
